It can be seen as a Microsoft commitment on two years: any subsequent acquisition of licenses will benefit from the discount set to first purchase.
- Renting or leasing for Microsoft software - Open Value Subscripion. The document is signed on a 3 years period and at the end, the customer has the option to extend the contract, to purchase the perpetual licenses or to quit renting software.
