Class IT Outsourcing SRL (hereinafter referred to as “StarTech Team” or “new”), legal entity Romanian, based in Calea Griviței, no. 136, Procema Parc Precinct, Corp. B, makes this Policy known to you on the use of personal data to explain how we process and protect your data with personal character.

1. To whom does this policy apply?

This policy applies to the processing of personal data of:

• Our contractual partners such as suppliers, customers ("Business partners")

This thing means that if such personal data is not provided, we will not be able to manage it contractual relations or to respect the legal obligations imposed on us. This processing is based on our legitimate interest, and it is necessary to exercise our rights in case of possible litigation.

Business partners

For the purpose of concluding or executing contractual relations with StarTech's business partners Team, as administrator or representative of the business partner, we can process personal data, such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone. This one processing is based on:

• the execution of a contract to which you, as administrator or person representative of the trading partner, you are a party;
• legal obligations imposed on us;
• our legitimate interest.

Job candidates:

In connection with your participation in the recruitment and selection process for one or more many of the jobs listed as available within the StarTech Team, we can collect you as well process personal data (for example, the data in the CV you send us) for selection purposes, assessment of professional skills for the job you are applying for, as well as for communicating with you during the recruitment process. This processing is based on your intention to enter into an employment contract with StarTech Team and interest legitimate to the StarTech Team. We will not pass on your personal data to third parties, for marketing purposes, without your explicit consent.
