2. General terms and conditions
2.1. StarTech Team is a company that provides IT services for companies, at various levels, from the optimal operation of workstations to IT security, regardless of the level of complexity.
2.2. On the Site we present our IT services. They are carried out exclusively on the basis of contracts concluded between the parties and of the legislation in force.
2.3 The legislation in force, the contracts and additional documents concluded between StarTech Team and customers, are the only ones that create the framework for the development of our services.
3. Obligations of the User
3.1 The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with the terms and conditions on this page.
3.2 It is presumed that the User has read the terms and conditions on this Site.
4. The content of the Site
4.1 The information presented on the site (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of StarTech Team. These may only be used by users for the purpose of informing Users and potential StarTech Team customers.

5. Fraud
5.1 Unlawful access to StarTech Team servers for the purpose of affecting the performance of the Site, access to data to which a bona fide user may not have access, or any action that causes or is likely to cause damage to StarTech Team or StarTech Team customers consider fraud.
5.2 Fraud and attempted fraud will be punished according to the legislation in force, both criminal and civil. Injured parties have the right to seek redress in court.
6.Litigations
6.1 Any dispute between StarTech Team and Users will be settled amicably.
6.2 If an amicable settlement is not possible, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the legislation in force. The territorial jurisdiction of the court that will resolve the dispute will be determined by the headquarters of the StarTech Team.
