The NOC service operates continuously, 24x7, and all alarms recorded in the ticketing system are monitored as a result of monitoring network services (servers, networking equipment, applications) and user requests regardless of how they are reported: by phone, through the application support.
Availability
Minimum availability of 99.7% per month over 24x7, resulting in a total 2 hour interruption time per month in the aforementioned interval, but an interruption of more than 1 hour is not allowed..
